Actionline Online for NEA-Santa Fe
NEA-Santa Fe publishes a monthly newsletter for members called the Actionline. Members usually receive it in their boxes at school. However, we needed a forum to share news with much more speed and efficiency, especially because collective bargaining begins on April 1, 2005.
And that's why we've created our online Actionline because we needed a way to communicate with you, hear your opinions, and recommendations in the moment.
This is your blog. This is your online Actionline. This is how we can get in touch, stay in touch, and make our voices heard.
Laura Hlinak is president of NEA-Santa Fe. You can reach her at 505-474-8679 or send her an e-mail at nordfang@aol.com
Remember that it's not just enough to tell us what you think. We need you standing with us, online as well as offline.
Join us. Sign up as a member and then get involved. If you'd like to join, get in touch with Kathy McGunn at Ceasar Chavez or contact her at home at 505-820-1573.
Our Actionline newsletter represents a group of concerned Santa Fe Public School employees who are committed to the democratic process in our public schools.
This means your involvement. And joining with us in a spirit of participatory democracy. That's what we all believe in. That's what collective bargaining is about. That's what NEA-Santa Fe is about.
