SUB ISSUE HASN'T GONE AWAY

NEA-Santa Fe was pleased that the Santa Fe Public Schools didn't renew the contract of Kelly Services for substitute teachers. However, the problem hasn't gone away, and that's the low pay and lack of individuals willing to take on the responsibility of substituting.
