HIGHLIGHTS OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

--HOURS AND WORKLOAD/PREPARATION TIME: 7 hour workday, 1/2 hour duty free lunch. Five hours/week of preparation time each week.

--SICK LEAVE/BANK/BUY-BACK: 10 days sick leave (6 sick) (4 personal days). Active employee buy back of sick leave starting at year 5.
