WELCOME TO NEW NEA MEMBERS

Welcome to the 55 new members of NEA Santa Fe. Some joined during the New Teacher Institute last week at Santa Fe Community College. Others signed up at our table outside the auditorium in the hallway where NEA-Santa Fe had an information table.

NEA representatives also made a presentation at the in-service for bus drivers held early this morning. NEA-SF president Grace Mayer explained the changes in the collective bargaining contract that reflect significant raises for bus drivers. Joe Martinez is stepping into the role of NEA rep at the bus barn.
